Good nutrition<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2. Correct eating habits<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3. Regular exercise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Utilising all three strategies produces a \u2018synergistic\u2019 effect. This means that all three work together collectively in a mutually reinforcing manner with each individual strategy working to prop up and promote the other two. It is important then that you attend to all three. If even one from three of these strategies is missing from your program, or being under-utilised, then you\u2019re seriously sabotaging your efforts in the other two.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, so do not compromise your results by neglecting even one of these three strategies.
