Experience

Having tutored maths successfully for many years at Key Stages 3 and 4 on a voluntary basis, I first began tutoring in a professional capacity in January 2010. During this time I was able to utilise my aptitude for maths and my passion for tutoring to help a number of students achieve their full potential in modular, mock and final end-of-year exams. Now in the final year of my maths degree, I am looking to help more students than ever unlock their full potential and achieve their very best in maths GCSEs, SATs and all round numeracy.

I am a highly effective, easy-going, well organised and friendly maths tutor with the patience, knowledge, understanding and methods required to get the best from the students I work with. I have proven time and again the ability to make seemingly intimidating areas of the maths syllabus appear simple, accessible, interesting and thus enjoyable.
